Wow!! I finished the Tower of Terror 13k! And I beat my goal by over 3 minutes!
My official chip time was 2:06:07 (goal was 2:09:14)
I'm sitting in the Orlando airport waiting on my flight to Atlanta and proudly wearing my medal (thank you very much).
I wish I had more time to go say everything I want to say right now. But, the one thing I will say is that just after mile 7 the phrase "Never say you can't" popped in my mind, and I was nearly overcome with emotion and even more so as I finished.
Till Next Time...Never Say You Can't and KEEP MOVING FORWARD!!!!

Nice job Byron.
This is only the beginning.
Hmmmm....this would project to about a 3:08 time for January's Half-marathon.
I'm sure you'd be happy with that.
Keep Moving Forward!
Mike Scopa
Congrats Byron on your finish. And beating your goals!!!! Awesome!
Thanks Mike(s).
But, Scopa, how do you figure a 3:08 for the half? I averaged 15:36 miles for the 13k. Averaging the same over a 1/2 would be 3:24. What am I missing?
But, believe me I would be more than happy with 3:08.
