...well, for me!!
I got up at 5:30 this morning so I could get out and get my workout in. I did 2.1mi in 40 minutes. Not too bad, but not great either. My hamstrings are still a little sore from the weekend so I did take it easy and not over do it. It feels so much better having gotten my workout in than to have to figure out how to get it in after work. Not to mention the 15-20 degree temperature difference between 7-8pm and 6am!!
Yesterday, I said that my "gain" this week was not real. Well, I'm "down" 2.5 from yesterday...

That's great!!!We are getting closer to TOT!!!!!I still can't get my arse out of bed that early to run,I only do that to go to work.:)
